Pharmaceutical National Sales Director - Remote

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact for commercial project oversight and execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones aligned with objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders
- Manage hiring, performance reviews, and personnel actions for sales team
- Oversee expense compliance and administrative approvals for field managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year institution
- 10+ years pharmaceutical or medical sales industry experience
- 5+ years sales leadership experience
- Strong client communication and business acumen
- Cross-functional team collaboration capability
- Ability to travel and work at multiple office locations
Compensation: $180,000-$200,000 base annually
