Remote RN Case Manager - Telephonic Care Coordination
Paradigm
Paradigm is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager to deliver remote case management for injured individuals. The role emphasizes coordinating medical services, assessing progress, and exploring vocational options to restore function, working with claimants, examiners, employers, and providers. The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered compact RN license, with CA RN license preferred, and CCM strongly preferred.
