Skilled Trades Recruiter

The Skilled Trades Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruiting process for skilled manufacturing roles. This person will be responsible for building pipelines, qualifying experienced trades talent, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced agency environment. We are looking for someone who understands urgency, client expectations, and how to stay organized in a metrics-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Recruit for skilled manufacturing roles such as maintenance technicians, CNC machinists, welders, skilled assemblers, and related trades Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outbound recruiting Conduct in-depth interviews to properly vet trade experience and technical skill sets Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and fill orders quickly Track recruiting activity and performance metrics daily Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS Qualifications 1-3 years of recruiting experience in an agency staffing environment required Experience recruiting for skilled trades or manufacturing roles required Understanding of manufacturing environments and trade terminology Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working onsite five days per week Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr One Source Staffing
