Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Clayton, NC . In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent partner, supporting recruitment initiatives across the North America organization. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to attract top talent while driving recruiting strategies and achieving key hiring metrics. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Manage requisitions and candidate activity within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar ATS). Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide regular reporting. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies. Facilitate candidate review meetings and collect hiring feedback. Provide market intelligence and workforce planning insights to business leaders. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 1-3 years of Human Resources experience. 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong sourcing and proactive recruiting experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors or similar). Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and trend analysis. Understanding of federal and state employment laws. Strong attention to detail and ability to build trusted business relationships. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare or Pharmaceutical recruiting experience. Workforce planning and headcount forecasting experience.
