IT Recruiter AI & Emerging Technologies Experience: 2–6 Years Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a high-energy and tech-savvy IT Recruiter who understands the evolving technology hiring landscape and knows how to leverage modern sourcing tools, AI, automation, and innovative recruitment techniques to identify and engage top technology talent. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for emerging and trending technologies such as Generative AI, AI/ML, ServiceNow, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and other next-generation technologies , along with exposure to international hiring . This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond traditional LinkedIn sourcing and actively experiments with new-age recruitment platforms, AI tools, Boolean/X-Ray searches, talent intelligence platforms, and automated sourcing techniques . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and niche technology positions. Source and identify candidates using multiple modern recruitment platforms, talent databases, AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray search, referrals, and other channels . Recruit for emerging technology skill sets including: Generative AI / GenAI Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning ServiceNow Data & Analytics Cloud Technologies Cybersecurity Software Engineering / Microservices Other emerging and in-demand technologies. Leverage AI tools and automation to improve candidate discovery, screening, outreach, research, and recruitment productivity. Continuously explore and adopt new recruitment tools, platforms, extensions, and sourcing techniques . Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-find technology skills. Conduct candidate screening, initial technical discussions, salary negotiations, and offer coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined TAT. Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche technology roles. Handle multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity in ATS/recruitment systems. Support international recruitment / global hiring across geographies, including understanding of different hiring practices, notice periods, work authorization, and candidate availability. Required Skills & Experience 2–6 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. Strong experience in end-to-end technology recruitment . Hands-on exposure to hiring for at least some of the following: GenAI, AI/ML, ServiceNow, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or other emerging technologies . Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate hiring . Experience using multiple sourcing/recruitment tools and AI-based hiring platforms . Comfortable experimenting with new-age recruitment tools and technologies to improve sourcing efficiency. Exposure to international/global recruitment will be highly preferred. Strong candidate engagement and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. Strong ownership, follow-up, and ability to work with tight hiring timelines. Good to Have Experience hiring for niche / hard-to-find technology skills . Experience working on US, UK, Singapore, Middle East, or other international mandates . Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing, candidate intelligence, resume screening, recruitment automation, and talent analytics tools. Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment / staffing / consulting environment . Strong professional network and passive candidate pipeline.
