Position: Customer Care Representative


Location: Remote (Work from Home Opportunity!)


Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7 AM - 4 PM (Most Sundays Off!)


Are you a current Mattress Warehouse team member looking for a new opportunity to put your problem-solving and communication skills to the test? Our Customer Care team is growing, and we're looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to join us as **Customer Care Representatives**!

What You'll Do:

Assist with STORIS Software: Help manage sales and customer data through STORIS.

Support Our Stores: Provide assistance with minor technical issues and basic troubleshooting.

Customer Care: Resolve customer inquiries related to refunds, exchanges, delivery, and more-ensuring they have the best experience possible!

Delivery Collaboration: Work with our delivery team to exceed customer expectations.

Problem Solving: Handle warranty claims, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and effectively.

What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent customer service experience with a strong focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with STORIS is a plus!
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus but not required.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
