Assistant Project Manager

We are working exclusively with one of the Hamptons' most respected luxury residential builders to appoint an Assistant Project Manager. Specializing in the construction of bespoke waterfront and estate homes valued at $20M+, our client is renowned for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, uncompromising quality, and meticulous attention to detail. Partnering with leading architects, interior designers, and specialist trades, they create some of the most prestigious private residences in the region. Reporting directly to experienced Project Managers, you'll support the successful delivery of complex custom home projects from pre-construction through to final completion. This role offers exposure to every stage of the construction lifecycle, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious construction professional looking to develop within a market-leading luxury builder. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of high-end custom residential projects valued at $20M+ Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction, from planning through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders Track project schedules, monitor progress, and maintain accurate project documentation Assist with procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration Support budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and project reporting Attend site meetings and help maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship Assist with punch lists, project closeout, and client handover Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or a similar construction role Previous experience within luxury residential, custom homes, or high-end construction is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for luxury residential construction Performance-based bonus 401(k) with company match Paid time off and sick leave Clear long-term career progression with one of the Hamptons' premier luxury home builders Opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious and architecturally significant residential projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
