Our major Drilling organization client has an immediate requirement for a experienced Regional Quality Control Manager based in Ft Worth, TX.Brief Job details: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)Serve as the QMS Management Representative for North America locationsManage and develop Facility Quality Managers, providing coaching, training, and performance supportDevelop and ensure delivery of QMS training programsSupport QMS certification programs and ensure complianceLead internal audit programs and oversee supplier quality auditsDefine and monitor quality KPIs for each facilityAnalyze QMS data to drive continuous improvementInvestigate customer complaints and recommend corrective actionsJob Requirements:Strong knowledge of QMS including API/ISO standardsExperience leading quality functions in manufacturing or oil & gasStrong leadership and team managementExcellent communication skillsAbility to analyze data and drive improvementsExperience with audits and complianceAbility to work independentlyStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to travelMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceManagement experience in quality assurance/controlExperience in manufacturing or oil & gas preferredAdditional Details:This position operates across multiple manufacturing locations in North America and requires regular travel.
