Boosey & Hawkes is proud to be part of the Concord Music family.The Rental Services Coordinator Temp is responsible for supporting the Boosey and Hawkes Rental Department by managing various administrative duties. Works under direct supervision.What You'll Be Doing:Provides support in licensing rental materials from the Boosey & Hawkes catalog and agency classical music catalogs for orchestras in North & South AmericaProvides front-line customer service and monitor inquiry queuesAssigns sheet music assets and deliverables in a timely mannerAdministers licenses to orchestras, ensembles and universitiesMaintains positive relationships with music artists, librarians and presentersInforms customers on issues regarding copyright and licensingWorks with distribution center regarding the timely delivery of sheet music assetsManages incoming calls and email correspondenceProvides database/inventory management and general support to the departmentWhat You Bring:Previous experience in the customer service sectorCollege or conservatory degree in music, or equivalent experience in classical music requiredMinimum 1-2 years related job experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn and navigate proprietary softwareAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentHourly Rate: $25/hr *This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
