Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is tailored for experienced Speech Language Pathologists holding their CCC and an active Florida DOH license, ready to make a meaningful impact during the 2026-2027 academic year.

You’ll serve as an itinerant SLP, engaging with diverse pre-K through 12th grade populations. The caseload, estimated at approximately 60 students, will focus primarily on those with mild to moderate needs. Your expertise will help students strengthen their communication skills, preparing them for success both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification required
• Active Florida DOH SLP licensure
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple school sites comfortably
• Fingerprinting required, with expedited clearance for those previously printed via AHCA Clearinghouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for eligible students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to craft and monitor individual education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Adapt to varied caseloads and school environments, meeting evolving student needs
• Support communication and language development for pre-K to high school students
