Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Assist policyholders with policy changes, claims processing, and billing questions.
Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate.
Keep client records up-to-date and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Requirements

Valid Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Familiarity with insurance policies and terminology.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
