As an Assistant Dental Office Manager (an Operations Lead), you will help build lasting impressions and trust with patients while performing daily front‑office tasks and duties. Key Responsibilities Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment and collection, ensuring high quality of care. Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team. Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice. Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments. Verify insurance payment, manage collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Demonstrated analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data.
