People Operations Coordinator

As the People Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to partner ensuring VTS runs smoothly and employees feel supported from day one. You’ll own key people processes like onboarding, benefits support, and payroll coordination, while serving as a first point of contact for our team. This role is a great opportunity to grow your People Operations skills and make a direct impact on the employee experience. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week. ** Here’s what you can expect as a People Operations Coordinator: You’ll build relationships with our amazing team and support our fast-paced business Partner with the People Operations team to coordinate and implement initiatives related to people processes, benefits and company-wide projects. Lead the new hire People Operations and Benefits orientation sessions, making a great first impression for all new VTS team members Support ad-hoc reporting and track progress on key People initiatives Coordinate and document core talent processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and new hire communications Manage monthly benefits billing reconciliation and act as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries. Oversee administrative tasks for HRIS and benefits systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with the Finance team on global payroll reviews Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions on benefits and People processes To thrive in this role you should have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and organizational skills. Pay Transparency At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $60,000 and $70,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
