Location: Rock Hill, SC 29730 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch break) Pay: $25-$28 per hour DOE Employment Type: Direct Hire | Part-Time


About the Company


Our client is a growing organization that specializes in providing equipment, products, and support services to dealer networks and customers within a manufacturing and distribution environment. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and help keep the office running efficiently.


Position Overview


The Office Administrator will serve as a key support resource for leadership and multiple departments. This role combines front-office responsibilities with administrative and operational support, requiring strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping people, processes, and projects on track.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls using a digital phone system
  • Greet visitors and provide a professional front-office experience
  • Coordinate internal communications, emails, and meetings
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items
  • Arrange travel, process expense reports, and coordinate catering
  • Assist with presentations and internal communications
  • Maintain office supply inventory and assist with purchasing
  • Organize and maintain documentation, inspection forms, and training materials
  • Ensure conference rooms and common areas are stocked and organized
  • Provide administrative support for multiple departments
  • Support additional projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Previous administrative, office coordination, or office management experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Professional, customer-service-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or technical business environment
