Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls using a digital phone system
- Greet visitors and provide a professional front-office experience
- Coordinate internal communications, emails, and meetings
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items
- Arrange travel, process expense reports, and coordinate catering
- Assist with presentations and internal communications
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with purchasing
- Organize and maintain documentation, inspection forms, and training materials
- Ensure conference rooms and common areas are stocked and organized
- Provide administrative support for multiple departments
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Previous administrative, office coordination, or office management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Professional, customer-service-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or technical business environment
