Service Dispatch & Order Processing Clerk

Location: Matthews, NC Position Overview The Service Dispatch & Order Processing Clerk is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers by coordinating service calls with technicians, processing orders, and ensuring timely shipment of parts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Coordinate and dispatch service calls between customers and field technicians Process customer orders, service requests, and work orders with accuracy and efficiency Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and internal departments to resolve inquiries and service issues Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines to ensure timely arrival of parts and equipment Provide customers with order updates, shipment tracking information, and service status as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activity, and order details Support inventory-related activities, including returns, transfers, and documentation Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or order processing Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or order management systems High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience coordinating service technicians or field operations Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or inventory tracking processes Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability #J-18808-Ljbffr
