Client Service Representative $20–$22/hour. Location: Portsmouth, NH. Schedule: Full-time. Wednesday 7a - 5p, Thursday - Saturday 6a - 4p. Compensation: $20–$22/hour based on advanced knowledge and experience + $5/hour shift differential for hours worked between 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Educate clients and referring veterinarians about our specialty and emergency services. Schedule appointments for our multi-specialty hospital while ensuring a smooth client experience. Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with compassion and professionalism. Manage reminder calls, follow-up communications, and email correspondence. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Collaborate with clinical teams to support specialty and urgent care services. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and handling unexpected situations. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
