- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and applicable labor laws
- Formulas (VLOOKUP, IF statements, a big plus)
- Data analysis and reporting
- Experience working with payroll systems and assisting with system implementations is highly preferred
- Ability to work in both manual and automated payroll environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
