Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students from elementary through high school in a vibrant educational setting near Orland Park, IL. This role is ideal for Occupational Therapists with experience in schools, healthcare, or home health, who are passionate about empowering young learners to achieve their full potential.

Work collaboratively with educators and fellow therapists to provide services directly in the classroom through a push-in model, while adapting your approach for students with IEPs. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license, with experience in school, home health, or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and individualized interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with teachers, students, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse classroom settings and age groups
• Passion for fostering holistic development in students from kindergarten through high school

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services within classrooms using a push-in model
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to implement strategies that support student participation
• Provide individualized interventions and documentation for students with IEPs
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Foster an encouraging, positive environment where every student’s strengths are valued
