Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New Mexico SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow (MBS) collaboration.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records commonly used in skilled nursing facilities.
• Prior travel or contract SLP experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
