What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a busy Level III NICU supporting high-acuity newborns
• Manage and support care for newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatments
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment strategies
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in structured shift schedules, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Contribute to a modern, newly renovated hospital environment designed for exceptional patient care

What You Need

• Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
• Certification in Neonatal Advanced Practice Nursing
• Experience working with neonatal or pediatric populations

• Prior NICU experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
