Overview Lead Sign Installer (Vinyl Graphics) | $26–$34/hr + Bonuses North Austin, TX | AlphaGraphics | Monday-Friday, Full-time, day shift, in person We’re hiring a skilled vinyl installer / sign installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work. This is a lead install + production role working on wall murals, window graphics, and large-format branded environments across Austin. You’ll be trusted to run installs independently and deliver a professional result every time. Top performers in this role earn $30–$34+/hr with bonuses What You’ll Do Lead Installations Install wall murals, large-format window graphics, floor vinyl, and signage Lead jobs independently from start to finish Ensure clean execution: alignment, seams, durability, and finish Work directly with clients on-site Travel locally (company vehicle or mileage reimbursed) Production Prep graphics for install: lamination, trimming, weeding, masking Maintain quality standards in production Read and execute job tickets accurately What We’re Looking For 5+ years as a sign installer/vinyl installer (large-format graphics required) Experience with wall murals and full-window installs (not just decals/lettering) Ability to lead installs independently Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset Portfolio required (photos of past installations) Qualifications Experience installing large-format vinyl graphics (walls, windows, floors) Production/finishing experience (lamination, trimming, weeding) Valid driver’s license with a clean record Comfortable on ladders (up to 12 ft) Strong time management and job ownership Bonus: Vehicle wrap experience Experience leading or training other installers Pay & Benefits $26–$34/hour including performance bonuses Bonus pay tied to install quality and productivity Paid time off + paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Mileage reimbursement Why This Role Work on high-visibility projects across Austin Be trusted to own your installs (no micromanagement) Join a quality-focused, team-oriented shop Opportunity to grow into a lead installer/leadership role Not a Fit If You’re entry-level or production-only You need constant supervision on installs You cut corners or rush through work Apply Submit your resume + portfolio of installation work The employer posting this position, evaluating potential candidates and making all hiring decisions is an independently owned and operated AlphaGraphics, Inc. franchisee.
