Learn about the career areas and lines of business at .In this role, you will:Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makersDrive revenue generation across Wells Fargo’s platform by proactively identifying new credit and non-credit opportunities for new and existing clientsHandle all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing bank lending and other credit related productsCoordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, investment banking, capital markets, and asset-based lending groupsPerform financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateralIdentify and qualify top prospects in the market and then introduce them to our firm and our unique capabilitiesPartner with existing clients to ensure we are helping them meet their current and future needsDevelop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levelsStay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technologyRepresent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferencesDrive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutionsMaintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systemsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Fundamental knowledge of the technology ecosystemExtensive relationships with technology companies, venture capital firms, non-bank lenders, and service providersComprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management Completion of formal credit training program Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)Commercial banking account relationship management experience within the Middle Market segment Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnershipsExperience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
