Regional Commercial Insurance Growth Lead

BluSky is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager - Commercial Insurance to drive new opportunities across Dallas and surrounding markets. You will build relationships, conduct face-to-face meetings, and participate in trade associations to expand BluSky's footprint. This role requires 3+ years of BD, willingness to travel 2-4 evenings weekly, and strong CRM discipline.
