Account Executive, Small Business: Non‑Profit Job Category: Sales. About Role Sell the entire Customer 360 Platform across a set of existing Salesforce customers and inbound leads for new logos, and increase revenue spend within organizations with 1 to 30 employees. Responsibilities Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise. Build a point of view on how to help customers. Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment. Accurately forecast sales. Sell on value and return on investment versus technical functionality. Lead customer needs and act as their internal advocate. Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of a growing sales organization. Manage a high volume of accounts with a prioritization strategy for time and resources. Uncover executive‑level initiatives and struggles to map back solutions. Research and understand various lines of business and personas. Diffuse and overcome objections throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle sales experience. Experience leading a large list of accounts and selling into new logos. Consistent achievement of year‑over‑year quota attainment in new revenue. Experience selling to the C‑suite. Ability to build and present slide decks to customers. Salary: Base range $59,040 – $78,960 annually. Adjustments are made by location; higher ranges apply in California, New York, and selected metropolitan areas.
