Great Gray Group is hiring a Director, Strategic Implementations in Boston, MA. You will lead the most complex, high-profile customer implementations, acting as the primary client contact and coordinating internal teams to deliver to the SOW. The role requires 10+ years in complex, cross-functional delivery and 5+ years managing SaaS implementations, with willingness to travel as needed.
