The Production Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support across project management and production activities. Responsibilities & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a production, coordination, or administrative role within an agency, brand, or production environment. Support day-to-day project operations including scheduling, note‑taking, and task tracking. Assist with maintaining project documentation such as timelines, asset trackers, and status reports. Coordinate logistics across internal teams and external partners, including meetings, deliverables, and assets. Help track budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Clear communicator with the ability to follow direction and proactively support team needs.
