Clinicians have the autonomy to manage their schedules, choosing caseloads ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide outpatient mental health treatment through diagnostic examinations, short-term counseling, and comprehensive therapy sessions tailored to individual and family needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing the most current DSM guidelines to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver community-based support to individuals, families, and groups, employing various evidence-based intervention techniques such as crisis intervention, skills training, stress management, and couples counseling.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary clinical team, contributing to evaluations, treatment planning, and decision-making processes that enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including team meetings and quality management initiatives, to promote best practices in mental health care delivery.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals suffering from a range of mental health disorders, co-occurring challenges, and families navigating complex relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as an LMFT or a Psy.D to practice in Pennsylvania.

• An accredited master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work is required.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
