Part-Time Hourly Supervisor Pub 819 Hopkins (Onsite) Pub 819 is seeking a Part-Time Hourly Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and lead teams in delivering outstanding guest experiences. This is a supervisory-only role focused on leadership, floor oversight, and team development in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support hourly team members during assigned shifts Lead pre-shift meetings and set expectations for service and operations Ensure guest experience and service standards are consistently met Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently Monitor floor operations, staffing flow, and shift readiness Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-spot support to team members Partner with management to uphold company policies and procedures This position does not include bartending or serving shifts but there can be future oppertunties Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or a service-based environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead teams through high-volume shifts Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Experience with POS systems and basic operational tools preferred Why Join Craft & Crew?
