Company: Florida's Best Water Treatment Company has helped homeowners improve the quality of their water for more than 60 years.
Position: Field Marketing Manager - Lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Compensation
▪ Earn $100K to $275K
Requirements:
▪ Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
▪ Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
▪ Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
▪ Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
▪ Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
▪ Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
▪ Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
▪ Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
