Our dedicated team of professionals are trained and motivated to provide extreme customer service.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Lubricant Sales Team. This role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales within the oil & industrial lubricants sector. Note: This is a new position in the organization, created to support strategic growth in lubricant sales across the region. Reports to VP of Sales.What you will do:Develop and execute a sales and service strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as transportation, construction, energy, manufacturing, and agricultureManage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and bulk buyersHire, lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectivesCollaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform pricing and sales strategiesPrepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to leadership teamNegotiate and close high-value contracts in alignment with company policies and margin targetsEnsure compliance with local and state regulations regarding bulk oil storage, transport, and salesPosition Requirements - What you need to know and have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in B2B sales (preferably in bulk oil, lubricants, petrochemicals)Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading sales teamsStrong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteWhen and where you will work:Hours fluctuate based on company needsRequired day travel within the assigned regionPossible one overnight per weekOn site and Field-basedCompany Benefits - Great benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
