HR Assistant - People with Disabilities

About the Role We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and eager to learn who wants to build a career in Human Resources. No prior HR experience is required. We will train the right person from the ground up. If you are a strong communicator who takes initiative and pays close attention to detail, this is a great place to start. What You’ll Do Administrative and Data Support Enter and update employee information in our masterfile and HR tools Organize and maintain digital files, records, and HR documents so they are easy to find and always current Prepare basic reports and summaries as requested by the HR team Track deadlines and follow up on pending items to keep processes moving on time Support compliance tracking by following up on document submissions and training completions Onboarding and Employee Support Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires Send onboarding documents and track the completion of required forms Support the offboarding process by collecting equipment, access credentials, and required documentation Requirements Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable working on a computer and picking up new tools quickly Highly organized with a strong eye for detail Reliable, self-directed, and able to work well in a remote setup Trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive or private information Good-to-Haves Experience in any customer service, administrative, or office-facing role Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources You’re a Great Fit If You...
