Land Development Project Manager

Land Development Project Manager – Sugar Land, TX Overview A fast growing real estate development company is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead residential and commercial projects from planning through construction. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with strong technical expertise and project management experience. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, design, and execution of land development projects Manage consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget Oversee permitting, utility design, grading, and drainage plans Review and approve civil engineering plans and documentation Communicate project goals, progress, and risks to stakeholders Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal development regulations Requirements 5+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering Active Professional Engineer (PE) license Strong knowledge of permitting, municipal requirements, and design standards Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Preferred 8+ years of experience managing multiple projects Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar civil engineering software #J-18808-Ljbffr
