This role involves assembling electronic enclosures and components using hand tools while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or electronics experience who are looking to develop their skills in a team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble boxes, enclosures, and related components according to work instructions and specificationsPerform mechanical assembly using basic hand toolsRead and follow written instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and assembly proceduresInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracyComplete production tasks while meeting productivity and quality standardsEnter production information into computer systems as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork closely with team members to achieve daily production goalsQualificationsPrevious assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferredMechanical assembly experience is a plusAbility to use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and similar equipmentGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to read and understand detailed work instructions in EnglishBasic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, or similar)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and a positive attitudeAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsElectronics assembly experienceSoldering experience (fine pitch SMT or through-hole soldering)Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environmentExperience following SOPs, work instructions, and production proceduresJob Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Westminster, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
