PTA Full Time Scheurer Health - Hospital, Pigeon, MI, US Rehabilitation Services Physical Therapist Assistant - Casual Position Scheurer Health, a critical access hospital, is seeking a casual licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Rehabilitation Team. Responsibilities: Assist the physical therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients Monitor and document patient progress Communicate with patients and their families about treatment plans and progress Assist with patient education and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice Requirements: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Current PTA license in the state of Michigan Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information For questions regarding this position, please contact Jennifer Iseler, Rehabilitation Services Manager, or Lynn Rhodes, HR Generalist.
