Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for loading correct materials onto the production line in the correct sequence. You will ensure that materials meet specifications and take action to fix or replace defective materials. Monitoring equipment to ensure proper operation and documenting quality and production checks are essential tasks in this role. You will have the ability to be cross-trained at multiple stations and communicate effectively with other team members while performing operator care. This position can be physically demanding.

Work Environment

Work on the first shift from 6:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays. The shop is non-climate controlled, meaning it isn't very cold in winter but can be warm during summer months.

This is a Permanent position based out of Colfax, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
