Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities focusing on mobility, strength, and functionality to design effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities to implement interventions aimed at enhancing patients' physical abilities.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and chiropractic specialists, to ensure holistic and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, recovery methods, and self-management strategies to improve their independence and engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Document patient progress meticulously, keeping accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes to monitor advancements and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest industry practices and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Physical Therapy License in the State of California.
• In-depth understanding of orthopedic conditions, treatment protocols, and clinical practices.
• Strong attention to detail for precise and accurate chart documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Demonstrated time management abilities to meet documentation and treatment delivery timelines efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting is preferred.
