Provider Enrollment Coordinator

Provider Enrollment Coordinator $19.00hr Address: Farmers Branch, TX Job Description Review and process credentialing applications and supporting documentation for provider enrollment in Medicaid and Medicare. Ensure accurate and timely processing of Part B provider enrollment applications. Interact professionally with providers and staff representatives regarding required documentation. Track and follow up with providers for timely return of all required documents and applications. Validate data for provider databases and ensure adherence to customer requirements regarding contracting and credentialing. Execute standard operating procedures and communicate issues, trends, and suggestions to leadership. Ensure completion of workflow items within the set turnaround time, meeting quality expectations. Education / Licenses 1-3 years of experience in a centralized credentialing office preferred. CPCS certification course completion or relevant job-related experience. Knowledge of PECOS and State Medicaid Enrollment applications. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
