Je ontwikkelt en implementeert commerciële plannen die zorgen voor duurzame groei van onze merken (Cécémel, Campina, Fristi, Nutroma) en die onze positie bij convenience‑distributeurs en hun netwerk van indirecte klanten versterken. Deze functie vereist een resultaatgerichte en analytische professional met sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden die in staat is distributie en beschikbaarheid te optimaliseren binnen een snel veranderende Out‑of‑Home‑markt. What we ask Je hebt een masterdiploma in Economie, Marketing of een gelijkwaardige richting. Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in FMCG en key account management, bij voorkeur in OOH‑ of B2B‑omgevingen. Je hebt sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een analytische mindset, gecombineerd met een resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, strategisch denkvermogen en bent een sterke relatiebouwer. Je hebt een hands‑on mentaliteit met oog voor detail en commerciële kansen. Je hebt een vloeiende beheersing van Frans, Engels en Nederlands. Onderhandelen over assortiment, promoties, activaties en prijsstrategieën om zichtbaarheid en omzetgroei te maximaliseren. Beheren van de volledige P&L voor je klantenportfolio, inclusief budgetbewaking en rendabiliteitsanalyses. Datagedreven besluitvorming & Category Support Analyseren van marktdata, kanaalinzichten en trends om commerciële kansen te identificeren en te vertalen naar concrete actieplannen. Nauwe samenwerking met Category Management en Revenue Growth Management om assortiment, prijzen en promoties te optimaliseren. Monitoren van trends binnen convenience en deze vertalen naar relevante activaties en proposities. Forecasting & Performance Management Zorgen voor nauwkeurige forecasts voor omzet, volume en promotionele impact, afgestemd op commerciële doelstellingen en supply chain planning. Opvolgen van KPI’s zoals distributiedekking, omzetgroei, margeontwikkeling en ROI van promoties. Operationele excellentie Garanderen van een vlekkeloze uitvoering van commerciële plannen en promoties, inclusief administratieve opvolging van contracten en budgetten. Zorgen voor naleving van afspraken en een efficiënte samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders. Omvang Verantwoordelijk voor circa €8 miljoen omzet binnen Convenience, inclusief merk- en private labelproducten. Budgetbeheer en verantwoordelijkheid voor winstgevendheid binnen het kanaal. Je stakeholders Intern: Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, RGM. Extern: Convenience‑distributeurs en hun netwerk van indirecte klanten. Je maakt deel uit van het commerciële team in België binnen FrieslandCampina en werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders uit Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management en Revenue Growth Management (RGM). Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de convenience business en het versterken van de positie van onze merken binnen het Out‑of‑Home kanaal. De samenwerking is sterk cross‑functioneel en gericht op het realiseren van duurzame groei, optimale beschikbaarheid en winstgevendheid binnen een dynamische en competitieve markt. Je rapporteert aan de Sales Director België.
