Hybrid Bilingual Behavioral Case Manager(Spanish)

A-Line Staffing is looking for a Behavioral Case Manager (Spanish) located in Miami Dade County, FL. Eligible candidates must reside in the following ZIP codes: 33010, 33002, 33011, 33012, 33013, 33014, 33015, 33017, 33016, 33018. The position is full‑time (40+ hours per week), Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm with no weekends or holidays. Base pay is $34.13 per hour. County travel time is paid at the hourly wage and mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate. Job Duties Coordinate case‑management activities for Medicaid Long Term Care/Comprehensive Program enrollees. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of members using care‑management tools and data review. Coordinate and implement assigned care‑plan activities and monitor care‑plan progress. Conduct multidisciplinary reviews to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements Case‑management experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field required. Willing and able to travel using own vehicle 50–75% of the time to meet with members face‑to‑face in and surrounding areas. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Long‑term care experience preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast‑paced, changing environment.
