Shipping and Receiving Clerk

The Aerospace Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving and delivering aircraft components, precision hardware, and company materials, moving inventory between, storage facilities, and production floors. This position requires working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with strict time constraints to meet aerospace supply chain KPI goals. The employee must consistently display a professional and positive image.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process by inspecting and verifying the condition and accuracy of all deliveries.

• Safely utilize warehouse machinery to execute the loading and unloading of transport vehicles.

• Handle all logistics paperwork , ensuring bills of lading and packing slips are accurately filed and maintained.

• Guarantee shipping compliance in alignment with all corporate guidelines and legal regulations.

• Keep the inventory database updated with real-time inbound and outbound shipping metrics.

• Liaise with various internal teams to seamlessly facilitate the prompt delivery of products.

• Execute the final packing, labeling, and staging of outgoing orders for commercial transport.

• Provide cross-facility transportation of goods using authorized company vehicles when necessary.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
