Must have 1+ years of experience. The successful candidate will have experience processing all aspects of a workers’ compensation case under the direction of an experienced attorney and with the assistance of a support team. We are looking for a results-driven individual, who works well under pressure, and can prioritize and balance competing demands. Must be Spanish speaking. Job Responsibilities Preparing applications; petitions; DORs (including e-filing) Drafting written correspondence Scheduling depositions; scheduling medical appointments, including AME and PQME evaluations Requesting QME Panels IMR appeals, preparing outgoing correspondence and schedules of records Maintaining and organizing files, and managing case files from intake to settlement Communicating with clients and opposing counsel and fielding incoming calls Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook and possess excellent writing skills Preparing the files for the attorney for upcoming hearings MerusCase familiarity is a plus Requirements 1+ year experience Spanish speaking Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and excellent writing skills MerusCase familiarity is a plus Compensation Full time position.
