About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Voice and Channel to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on social media leader, responsible for overseeing brand voice, content strategy, channel management, and audience growth across digital platforms. This role involves leading and mentoring a social team, defining and managing brand voice, and developing and executing content and campaign strategies. The Head of Voice and Channel will also be the primary social strategy lead for assigned talent, creators, or clients, and will be expected to manage content calendars, partnerships, and audience engagement. Applicants must have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, or creator marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role. A background in the music industry, particularly in distribution, is essential. The role requires a proven track record in managing social channels for various entities and a deep knowledge of major social media platforms. Strong content creation skills, including mobile video, photography, and editing, are also a must. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and be able to support live or time-sensitive campaigns. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are highly valued.
