LOCATION - Addison, TX | 100% Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Direct Hire,

• Salary: $60,000 to $68,000 BOE

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday Business Hours

• Immediate hiring need with interviews beginning quickly

ROLE IMPACT

This position supports a high-performing commercial property tax litigation practice representing clients with significant real estate assets and portfolios. You'll help move matters from discovery and case development through hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial. This is a deadline-intensive practice where accuracy, urgency, independent judgment, and exceptional organization are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, correspondence, memoranda, summaries, timelines, witness information, exhibits, and trial materials

• Prepare trial notebooks and demonstrative evidence for courtroom proceedings

• Manage litigation documents and coordinate production to opposing counsel and expert witnesses

• Obtain documentation from clients for discovery and ongoing case development

• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Organize exhibits and supporting documentation for court filings

• Monitor critical litigation dates, court deadlines, and docketing requirements

• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses

• Support attorneys during trial proceedings, including courtroom and jury-selection preparation

• Manage multiple active matters while anticipating upcoming case needs and potential deadline issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong litigation paralegal experience with knowledge of court filings, discovery, document production, and deadline management

• Working knowledge of Texas and Federal civil litigation procedures, court rules, and critical docketing requirements

• Strong analytical, written communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills

• Litigation document management and research platforms

• Court docketing and calendaring systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Commercial property tax litigation experience is highly preferred

• ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Certificate preferred

• Experience supporting commercial real estate, property valuation, or complex civil litigation matters
