Candidate must live in this geographic region).The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience selling VMI programs for Fasteners and Assembly Components to OEM customers in a variety of end markets. They will have a strong work ethic, be self-directed, and have a desire to be part of a dynamic, aggressively growing company.Activities and responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager include:Develop sales with industrial accounts by selling VMI Programs to OEM and assembly plantsBuild and maintain a pipeline of relevant sales opportunitiesActively participate in sales calls/meetings as scheduledProvide timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in a Team-Selling environmentOther duties as assignedWork in a defined territory (Upstate New York)Professional SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-driven and motivated sales professional with exceptional time-management skillsAbility to create and present professional and compelling proposals and sales presentationsIntangible selling/concept selling skillsExperience Requirements:2+ years' experience selling fastener VMI programs to OEM customersEducation:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceTargeted Base Salary: 75-85k, Commission plan eligible.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWe are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer.
