Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Own signal and power integrity for high-speed DPU interfaces from simulation through bench correlation.
What you'll do:
- Run SI/PI simulation and constraint development
- Correlate models to bench measurements
- Support layout with routing guidance
- Debug high-speed link issues
- Own SerDes tuning and compliance testing
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years SI/PI engineering
- High-speed serial link expertise
- VNA/BERT/oscilloscope measurement depth
- BSEE/MSEE
Pay range: $140,000 – $175,000 per year
