Quality Engineering ManagerAs a Quality Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will help shape our unwavering commitment to quality excellence. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, plans, and processes that form the backbone of our quality initiatives.Continuously monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to enhance product quality and the efficiency of quality control processes including improvement in cost of poor quality (yield, scrap, etc…)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization with a heavy emphasis on BIQ (built in quality).Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Host customer and third party visits and auditsManage customer complaints effectively by investigating root causes, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring their effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics6+ years' experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering a culture of quality and excellence across the organization.Proficiency in quality management systems and methodologies, with the ability to conduct audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen data-driven quality and continuous improvement initiativesThe ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring processes remain at the forefront of quality standards.WE VALUEExperience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and process optimization.
