Senior Quality Engineer

Job TitleLead quality in cutting-edge semiconductor environmentJob DescriptionLead internal quality system initiatives including ISO compliance and audit readiness. Drive CAPA processes, including SCARs, PCARs, NCMRs, and audit findings to closure. Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. Track and manage supplier PCNs as part of ongoing quality and performance monitoring. Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation and historical records. Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams to support investigations and improvements. Conduct product inspections and perform physical/electrical measurements when needed. Support cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across the product lifecycle.The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience in Product Quality Engineering within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing. Strong expertise in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and auditing. Experience with IATF16949 and automotive quality standards preferred. Six Sigma, CQE, or equivalent quality certification strongly preferred. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab. Hands-on experience with semiconductor reliability systems and processes. Familiarity with PLM systems (Omnify, Agile, MatrixOne) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and project leadership capabilities.
