ActioNet is seeking a Tier 2 – Mid Desk Side IT Specialist in Washington, DC, to provide mid to senior IT support and administrative coordination for daily operations and projects. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 3+ years of IT support/administrative experience, including government exposure. The candidate will perform Tier 2 desk-side and remote support, OS and AD management, patching, imaging, and security policy compliance while coordinating with Tier 3 and other infrastructure teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr ActioNet
