Risk Engine Product Owner

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with 10 years of direct experience as a senior business leader, program manager, or technology platform owner in a complex organization.
• We are looking for direct asset and wealth management experience, ideally in a multi-asset environment with exposure to equities, fixed income, commodities, and currencies.
• We value working knowledge of fund-of-funds business and a range of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, and structured products.
• We need proven ability to manage a substantial body of work, including budgeting and financial skills, and to translate complex technology and delivery details for broad audiences.
• We are looking for strong written and verbal communication skills to succeed in a global team environment.
• We expect deep knowledge of agile development practices and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving cross-functional setting across scoping, design, implementation, and rollout.
• We require experience writing user stories for development teams, facilitating and executing testing, and managing implementation.
• We are looking for someone who can understand product priorities and organize the backlog to create value in incremental releases.
• We need someone who can communicate effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders while building strong relationships across the organization.
• We value a highly motivated, results-driven, client-focused professional with strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

• We will have this role plan and execute larger-scale projects or business initiatives independently alongside the Product Owner.
• We expect this person to help define the product vision and drive strategic as well as tactical decisions at the product level.
• We need the role to analyze feedback from end users and product partners to identify opportunities for platform improvements.
• We will rely on this person to support product-level objectives and key results, including work prioritization and sprint planning.
• We expect the role to set day-to-day priorities for the product team as a subject matter expert and work closely with Technology, Designers, and Business Users.
• We need the person to engage with broader business groups such as Risk, Controls, and Strategic Partnerships to keep business direction aligned and maintain progress toward outcomes.
• We want this role to own the objectives, roadmaps, and key performance indicators for the One Risk Engine product.
