Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a timely response that mitigates risk and promotes safety.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records per ethical guidelines and legal requirements, documenting assessments, treatment objectives, and progress notes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources to empower their decision-making.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in therapeutic practices, ensuring the highest level of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve a diverse client demographic that includes individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. Our clients often face a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your interpersonal and clinical skills will be essential in building rapport and trust, enabling clients to share their experiences and work collaboratively towards healing.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic procedures.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
